Richard Davis Courneyea is the owner of Richard Davis men’s clothing store in downtown Belleville. He believes the skills he uses as a business owner and entrepreneur are skills that are required in a mayor.
He says that if he’s elected he plans to make City Hall more open to the public so citizens can share their idea or concerns. He also wants to focus on revitalizing downtown and helping other small businesses in the area grow.
