Belleville woman faces impaired charge

BELLEVILLE – A 28 year old Belleville woman faces an impaired driving charge after the car she was driving ran into a tree on Old Cannifton Road on Tuesday evening.

Police received a call about a car stuck in a tree in front of an apartment building.

The woman was treated at the scene but was not taken to hospital.

She is set to appear in court Jan. 4.
