Trenton woman charged after using car as a weapon

A Trenton woman is facing charges for using a car as a weapon after a pedestrian was hit Monday evening.
Rescue vehicles were called to Queen Street in Trenton around 5 p .m. Monday when a vehicle hit a pedestrian.
In a news release, police said when they arrived at the scene, they were told there had been a dispute, then a vehicle drove up onto the curb and hit the pedestrian.
The pedestrian was taken to Trenton Memorial Hospital with unknown injuries.
A 37-year-old Trenton woman is facing charges of assault with a weapon and will appear in court on November 3.
