Special city council meeting to be held Tuesday

BELLEVILLE – A special city council meeting will be held Tuesday afternoon to discuss strategic planning in Belleville.

Mayor Panciuk and his eight councillors will meet at 1 p.m. at Capers Restaurant in downtown Belleville.

The meeting will host speakers from several municipal departments, including finance, transit and economic development.
