OPP need help locating missing man

OPP are asking for help locating a missing man. Belleville OPP had their hands full with attempted thefts yesterday afternoon. Quinte West OPP are looking for a large red pickup truck with a snow plow after a gas theft at the Free Flow gas bar on Loyalist Parkway.
