Tractor trailer shuts down 401

A jack-knifed tractor trailer was responsible for shutting down the 401 last night. A 10-year-old Peterborough boy is in Toronto Sick Kid’s hospital after a fall off a hay bail. Local health unit promotes wearing a helmet while ice skating this winter.
