Free day of college

A day of free college will be open today from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Loyalist College. Belleville Mayor Neil Ellis is looking at plans for a new arena. Ottawa public health is recommending smokers but out at all municipal parks, benches, municipal properties,  and restaurant and bar patios.
