Williams’ divorce files made public
BELLEVILLE, ONT. (27/01/12)- The Ontario Court of Appeal has removed part of the publication ban on the divorce records of convicted killer Russell Williams. His wife had 14 days in which to appeal the decision. Do you thing the ruling should be upheld?
