Napanee OPP make major drug busts

It was a busy Monday night for Napanee OPP.
First, they seized over $3,000 worth of methamphetamine and cash from a Napanee residence at around 10:15 a.m.
Then, during a traffic stop at 2 a.m. on the 401 eastbound, they seized over $50,000 worth of cocaine, hydromorphone, oxycodone pills, digital scales, and over $1,500 in cash.
In the residence seizure, Bradley Herman, 23, and Amanda Hunter, 29, of Napanee were charged by police with three counts of possession with the purpose of trafficking and held for a bail hearing. Another 21-year-old Tyendinaga man was released on a promise to appear.
In the traffic stop, Darrell Nurse, 52, Thomas Nurse, 49, Wayne Brilhante, 43, were all charged by police with two counts of possession with the purpose of trafficking.
