Battle for Berlin
Over 200 people came out to PRZ Paintball and Airsoft in Picton, Ont., last Saturday. Players from across Ontario came out to brave the cold winter weather to participate in Battle for Berlin, a full-day paintball match spread across the entire complex consisting of an old military hospital and vast fields.
The property was purchased by its current owner, Tim Williams, in 2007. Since then, it has been used by the military for training for a few years, and eventually turned into a paintball field in 2010.
Williams said that some of the big weekend games attract around one thousand people over the course of three days. Visitors range from locals to players travelling from the United States and across Canada.
