Marijuana for Trauma office opens in Trenton
TRENTON – The New Brunswick-based Marijuana for Trauma initiative opened its Trenton branch on Friday.
The group, which has been operating for over a year throughout the Maritimes, aims to provide legal medical marijuana to veterans suffering from a range of injuries, including chronic pain and post-traumatic stress disorder.
Marijuana for Trauma, headed by Fabian Henry, has helped more than five hundred patients gain access to alternative medical treatments.
With its Ontario expansion, the group hopes to provide more soldiers with legal medical marijuana coverage.
Rob Kennedy, head of Trenton’s new office, spoke with QNet News on Wednesday.
