Pow Wow

Pow Wows have been a long standing tradition of Native cultures, a time for people to gather and give thanks. In today's society it doubles as a social gathering to promote awareness of Native American cultures. On the Tyendinaga Mohawk Territory Pow Wow's have had a place in the community for the last 24 years.

Like pow wow's, the Mohawk Fair has always had a place in the Mohawk Territory, and even after 112 years this territory tradition is still going strong in the small Native community.
